AND Phone Menu bietet die grafische Darstellung von Kommunikationsdiensten auf IP Telefonen. Die grafische Darstellung vereinfacht die Auswahl und ist bietet mehr Dienste auf einem Bildschirm als durch Listendarstellung möglich wäre.

Ein weiterer Vorteil der grafischen Darstellung zeigt sich bei der Verwendung von Telefonen mit berührungsempfindlichem Bildschirm. In diesem Fall können Funktionen direkt durch einen Druck auf den Bildschirm ausgelöst werden.

Die flexible Einrichtung der grafischen Menüs erlaubt die freie Platzierung von Aktionsfeldern an beliebigen Positionen innerhalb des Bildschirms. Bei komplexeren Umgebungen können auch hierarchische Menüstrukturen realisiert werden um Funktionen deutlich zu gruppieren und mit eigenen Menüs zu hinterlegen.
