Munich/Hallbergmoos, October 17, 2007 - Integration of unified communications services with business processes is shown by ANDTEK at the CIPTUG annual conference.
AND Communicator, a CTI software for various operating systems is one of the software tools shown by ANDTEK. Besides the typical client software it is the first time that ANDTEK shows the web based version of the software. Using a web based client speeds up the rollout in large organisations and makes CTI available immediately.
Additionally to CTI applications there are service to streamline telephony services with callback functionality, zone paging and security services for IP phones. Also voice recording is shown with some new functionalities like silent monitoring and whisper.
The "CIPTUG 2007 Annual Conference" takes place in the Austin Convention Center from October 29. to November 1. in Austin, Texas (Austin Convention Center in Halle 4, Stand 614).
